Air Asia Sucks

I LOVE HONG KONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


On my very first day, however, the flights are delayed because of Nuri (refer to previous post please). I reached LCCT at 11.30pm from Penang, drank a cup of hot chocolate in Coffee Bean until 2.00am, bought a Sudoku book & did that until 2.35am sitting outside the corridor of the airport (because the seats are occupied by homeless people like me hehe). I;m too tired because I stayed up late the day before thinking I could study for community dentistry;s test, but in the end I ended up crying like shit because I watched Bang Bang Tang;s farewell episode.

So I went to drink a cup of coffee at the restaurant. At this time, some people are sleeping soundly on the table, some are sleeping on the floor forming a circle with their luggages inside the circle, some slept soundly on the trolley, & some are sleeping on the McDonalds bench hugging old Mcdonnalds. =) The coffee help me tahan until 3.30am, then I got tired again. I went to wash my face, make up & everything, thinking that once I board the plane at 6am I could just sleep until I reached Macau. Around 3.45am I went to McDs for my breakfast & waited until its almost time to check in.

5.30 am I received a call from my sister saying that the flight from KK had been delayed till 11 something at night. My side shows no sign of delay, I;ve passed the immigration & waiting for boarding. Around 6.20am they finally informed us that the flight is delayed due to typhoon until further notice. My handphone battery went off this moment & i'm struggling to inform my sister that my flight is delayed too. We were suppposed to meet at the Macau airport when we arrived. Luckily, payphone still exist, & it is as irritating as ever. All flights to China had been canceled & the passengers are crowding inside the small waiting hall of LCCT. I tried to dig out as many coins as I can to call my sis.

The counter did not give much information bout our flight, we were just waiting blindly for dunno wat. My dad managed to sent me a text saying that the storm had cleared, but our flights are still delayed. Around 7 am they finally tell us that the flight had been delayed till 11 something. I called to inform my sister, & she said her flight had too, delayed till 11 am.

Then we waited & waited & waited. Around 11am, passengers of my flight ONLY was served with refreshments. I got suspicious. There're 5 other flights to China, Macau & Hong Kong that are delayed too but none of their passengers were served refreshments. I knew from that instant the flight is going to be delayed again. I'm so angry & frustrated because I haven't slept the whole night. But I decided to wait for the call. Delayed flights to China were calling for boarding but not ours.

11.30 am flight to Macau was called boarding, but its not ours. Our flight had again delayed, till 1.30pm. AIR ASIA is fucking smart. If the flight is delayed for more than 8 hours only we will get compensation. Damn it. I've wasted 7 fucking hours in LCCT & I'm not getting any compensations for it. The crowd were shouting but there's nothing they can do. We were so frustrated but all we can do is wait. When the plane had finally took off, I've already wasted a whole day in LCCT. By the time I reached Macau it's already late evening there. I could have spent it with my parents exploring the beauty of Macau.
