This is probably my favourite place in Hong Kong. I did not met any artiste during my trip, sadly. So when I step in the Wax Museum, I got mad. Let the pictures do the talking.

3rd day in Hong Kong

My soles are all swollen & painful when I walk on the 3rd day T.T Thanks to my late night shopping at Ladies Street & Garden Street for my sister's stuff ..

The third day we decided to go to Hong Kong Island to visit 3 places, Wong Dai Hsin temple, Stanley Market(chek choo), & The Peak. I'm proud to say that for the 3 whole days in Hong Kong we did not travel by taxi at all!! hahhahaha.. Consider it as 'Backpacker's Pride' LOL. Basically Hong Kong residents are very helpful, especially when you speak their language. I think all Hong Kong residents memorised the whole bus map coz whenever I ask a random stranger how to take a bus to certain destination, they can answer me without looking at the guidance map on the bus stop.

We went to Wong Dai Hsin Temple in the morning, thinking that most people pray in the morning coz we seriously dunno haha. Once we came out of the MTR, we have to climbed a few stairs before reaching the temple. There're a lot of grannies selling the prayer materials on the stairs, they'll cling on to you & make you buy from them. You won't be able to ascape coz takkan you swing your arms to get rid of them & let them roll down the stairs. So I ended up paying RM10 for the praying materials =.=" & realised that half of it are not allowed to bring into the temple wtf. Ah po cheated my feelings. On top of that, I got a 'Har Har Chim' when I asked bout relationship wtf X 100.

Then we went to Causeway Bay (Tong Lo Wan) & shop at the famous Times Square. I got a pair of Pink Adidas sneakers again! Go through my previous posts to find out what happened to my last pair. We get to eat the best Dim Sum inside Times Square too!! If you pay your bills before 12 pm, you can get 30% discount. The smallest dish cost RM 9 FYI. T.T Money flies in Hong Kong. Anyway, they serve the best Loh Bak Gou & Po Loh Pau ever! I always wonder why Po Loh Pau (Pineapple Bun) is named that way coz I never tasted any pineapple from the bun. Nor did the Loh Bak Gou gave me any taste of turnip/radish at all. Here, this is the first time I ever tasted pineapple's sweet sourness in Poh Loh Pau & I could resist turnip's sweet aroma in the Loh Bak Gou they served here.

In the afternoon we went to Stanley's market, which is a famous beach side area in Hong Kong.

In late evening, we went up to the Peak by tram to visit the Madam Tussaud's Wax Museum & of course to enjoy the night scenery of Hong Kong. Some even packed McDs for dinner while waiting for the sky to turn dark.

We couldn't take the tram down to the city due to some technical problems so we ended up taking the double decker bus. A very 'sardined' bus. We're standing near the entrance coz the bus is too overcrowded & the bus is so hot & stuffy. A teenage boy next to me nearly throw up T.T. Finally we reach the MTR station then my sister suggested that we should go Lan Kwai Fong since we're near. Sorry not much pics are available coz I nearly died of my leg pain & it all shown on the pictures I took.


Despite of my leg pain, we still ended up shopping in Ladies Market again. LOL.
In Hong Kong, you must try the dessert from Tsui Law Shan which serves the best mango dessert ever!

Macau & Hong Kong Day 2

Remember this show? Hehe.. I went everywhere they went wahahahahha.

The next morning we went to St Paul's ruins, which is the trademark of Macau.

Along the way to St. Paul's ruins, there are a lot of shops selling dried pork, dried beef & their famous almond cookies! Dried pork & dried beef in all sorts of flavour!

After visiting the St. Paul's Ruin, we rushed back to hotel & pack 'cause we're heading Hong Kong!!!! My parents were going back on that day so we parted in front of the hotel. We took a ferry from Macau to Kowloon which took about 1 hour 15 minutes. If you're planning to go on a backpacking tour, it's important to buy the Octopus card which is something like Touch N Go in Malaysia. You can use it for the MTR, buses or even for some vending machine!

To travel in Hong Kong by yourself, you NEED to know how to speak cantonese at least. It would be even better if you could read chinese. Anyway, we check into our hotel, & out we go again. We went to Avenue of Stars to watch the Symphony of Lights. Then of course, the Walk of Fame!!

We had our late dinner at Sogo Departmental Store, & I ate the worst WASABI ever!! Usually when you eat the normal WASABI rite, when the smell goes up to your nose what will you do? Just open your mouth & breathe then the smell will go away very fast. So I did the same for this, when I open my mouth to breathe the smell goes down my throat instead. I ended up coughing out my SOOSEE.

A diet drink I bought in Sogo!!! Supposedly no calories & it jelly to fill up our stomach so you won't feel hungry. Cost me RM5 for 1 T.T

Macau Day 1

As I've mentioned a few post earlier, my flight to Macau was delayed & I reached Macau around 5.30pm. The flight from Kl to Macau took about 3 hours & 40minutes. According to the original plan, me & my sister was supposed to meet at Macau Airport. But since I was 3 hours later than her, they've left the airport & luckily my parents said they'll come & pick me up.

From the airport, we took the free shuttle bus to The Venetian, which is like the biggest casino in Macau. You can find a lot of international brands there too!

It was my first time entering casino ever since I'm legal LOL. Since I've missed half day of the original plan, we managed to cover 4 casinos that night. Basically we just went in, drink, play with the Choi San (The god of fortune)'s machine game & left the casino.

My sister found this Famous Portugese Eggtart shop in 1 of the small alley. The streets of Macau is mainly selling jewellery & expensive watches for the gamblers to share their wealth hehe. We could hardly shop there.

In the end of the day, we've only won RM10 haha. The next time I go I'm gonna play blackjack & show them how I win my lunch money (ehhem ehhem) =)

Archies of Hollywood

Aren't they the cutest baby ever? They're the hottest hollywood baby now, Shiloh Jolie Pitt & Suri Cruise.

Suri Cruise is the only daughter of Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes.
Shiloh Jolie Pitt is the biological daughter of Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie.

Suri is the only child, pampared by her superstar parents, grew up in the upper society of Beverly Hills, & follows a strict diet from her Scientology parents. She's surrounded by adults all the time & she doesn't have any siblings of her age to play with.

Don't you think she resembled Veronica Lodge very much?


Shiloh Jolie Pitt grew up in the family of 7 kids outside the city, free from hussle bussle of the busy city life. She shared her toys with her siblings & she had friends her age to play with.


& she's just like Betty Cooper of Archies!!!!!
